Annual General Meeting

We have booked the upstairs room of the Fishpond for the evening from 5:30pm. We will meet before the meeting for a meal and start the Award Ceremony and AGM when we have all finished eating, (7:00 approx). If you don’t want to eat, you could come along later,

After the meal we will have an award ceremony followed by our Annual General meeting. Our committee consists of our president (Chris Martin) and ten elected members. If you would like to be nominated or nominate someone to join the committee please email secretarymatlockcc@
